We collect a phone number so we can ring you back.

The enquiry form collects your name, mobile number, and optionally your email, the goal you selected, an indicative monthly amount and anything you type into the message field. Nothing else on this site collects personal data.

The calculators and research tools work out their answers on Advisorkhoj, the mutual fund data service this site uses, so the figures you enter — an age, a monthly amount, a target — are sent there to be computed. They are not retained: they are not stored, not linked to your name or contact details, and used for nothing beyond returning the answer on your screen. They travel through our own server rather than from your browser. Nothing you type into a calculator reaches our client records unless you send an enquiry.

To call you back about the enquiry you submitted. That is the only purpose.

We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not run drip campaigns, and we do not use your details for advertising.

Your enquiry is delivered to A R Associates and stored in our client records system. It is not sold, rented or shared with any third party for marketing.

If you become a client, the KYC and transaction data required to open folios is shared only with the registrars, exchanges and asset management companies necessary to execute your investments, as required by regulation.

Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after twelve months.

Client records are retained for the period required under KYC and AMFI rules, currently eight years after the relationship ends.

Write to ar.associates1957@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond within fifteen days.

Deletion requests are honoured except where a record must be retained under KYC or tax regulation, in which case we will tell you which record and why.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and does not use third-party analytics that profile you across other websites.
